First and foremost, I am a follower of Jesus and I am passionate about serving others to spread His love. I am a devoted wife to my husband of six years, and I am also a full-time mother to our three young boys who are our entire world! Together, we live on a small homestead in the rolling hills of east-central Missouri with our three dogs and many chickens.
When I am not photographing my wonderful clients, you can find me planning trips (usually to Disney), line dancing, sipping wine, reading books, listening to Taylor Swift, cleaning, gardening, and most importantly, spending time with my family.

Originally from Columbia, Missouri, I grew up in a small loving family and a little shy as a girl. I grew up largely involved in ministry and serving all my life. I have always been in love with knowledge and adventure. For all of my personality-typing friends, MBTI is ISTJ and I am an enneagram 6w5!
Aside from being a full-time Mom and photographer, I attend Liberty University online. Education is a passion of mine, but especially history. I currently am studying for my Arts of History degree. It is a goal of mine to travel, experience, photograph, and write about significant historical sites all over the world!
Photography started as a hobby for me a couple of years ago while occasionally working with my sister, Madilyn (originally Mae + Co. Photography), and after developing a more profound interest and becoming educated in the art, the business has officially become my own, now as Melody Holland Photography. It is a great joy for me to meet new people, make new friends, and serve others to the best of my ability by photographing their milestones.
