Originally from Columbia, Missouri, I grew up in a small loving family where I was largely involved in ministry and serving all my life. I have always been passionate about connecting with people, serving others, and sharing in adventure with others. 

Photography started as a hobby for me years ago while occasionally photographing weddings with my twin sister, Madilyn, who was a photographer before I became one. After developing a more profound passion and becoming educated in the art, Melody Holland Photography then blossomed. With over four years of photography experience and more than 80 weddings photographed, it continues to bring me great joy to meet new people and serve them intentionally—capturing their most meaningful moments with elegance and artistry, creating images they will treasure for a lifetime. 

Aside from being a full-time wedding photographer, I am a wife to my husband, Ben, and mom to three beautiful little boys (yes, three!), as well as a dog mom to two incredibly sweet pups. Together we live on a farm just west of St. Louis and enjoy our time gardening, dancing, traveling, exploring, hiking and reading.
